DaVeri.io is the administrator (data controller) of personal data processed through the DaVeri.io platform. You can contact us at hello@daveri.io.

2. What Data We Collect

Account and authentication data

• Email address and profile name.
• Google OAuth profile data (name, email address, and profile image URL) when you choose Google sign-in.
• User identifier (for example, UUID).
• Authentication and session information provided through Supabase Auth and Google OAuth.

Usage and service data

• Messages, conversation metadata, usage credits, and plan-related limits.
• Dashboard activity needed to operate features and troubleshoot issues.

Technical data

• IP address, browser type, device and system information, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Security and operational logs.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Essential cookies and session cookies required for authentication and basic platform operation.
• Basic analytics technologies, where applicable.

3. Why We Collect Data

• To create and maintain user accounts and log users in securely.
• To provide the DaVeri.io dashboard, AI bot management, conversations, and credit-based usage controls.

• To process payments and subscriptions if paid plans are enabled.

• Performance of a contract: providing the service you request after registration.

5. Processors and Third Parties

We use trusted service providers to operate DaVeri.io, including:

• Google for OAuth authentication.
• Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services.
• Cloudflare for infrastructure, edge delivery, and security features.
• Payment provider (for example Stripe) for billing and subscriptions, if applicable.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is generally stored until you delete your account or request deletion.
• Service and security logs are retained for a limited and reasonable period needed for operations, security, and compliance.
• Some records may be kept longer when required by law or to resolve disputes.
