Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Service: the DaVeri.io platform and related features.
• User: a person or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• Account: a registered user profile used to access the Service.
• Plan: a free or paid package that defines available features and limits.
• Credits: usage units consumed by actions in the Service, such as AI operations.

2. Scope of the Service

DaVeri.io is a SaaS platform for managing AI bots, conversations, and usage credits through a user dashboard. Features may evolve over time as the product changes.

3. Account Registration and Access

Access to the Service may require an account. Authentication can be provided through Supabase Auth and Google OAuth. When Google OAuth is used, we receive basic profile data (name, email address, and profile image URL) to create and secure your account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials and any activity performed through your account.

4. Plans, Credits, and Usage Limits

• Available features and limits depend on the selected Plan.
• Credits, quotas, and technical limits may be updated as the Service evolves.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

5. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

• Paid Plans may be billed on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions can be canceled according to the billing settings available in your account or through the payment provider.
• Payments are processed by a third-party provider (for example Stripe), not directly by DaVeri.io.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for abuse, spam, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Attempt to bypass credits, limits, payment requirements, or security controls.
• Interfere with the stability, security, or availability of the Service.

7. Availability and Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We use best efforts to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, DaVeri.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if needed to protect the platform, users, or infrastructure. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting hello@daveri.io.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is indicated by the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
